Refund Policy

TurfChale wants every booking experience to be fair for both players and turf owners. This policy explains when and how refunds are processed.

1. Player Cancellations

Players can cancel a booking from the My Bookings section in the app. The refund amount depends on how far in advance you cancel:

Cancellation Time Default Refund
More than 24 hours before the slot 100% refund to original payment method
Between 2 and 24 hours before the slot Depends on the turf owner's policy (shown at booking)
Less than 2 hours before the slot No refund (slot cannot be released)
No-show No refund

Note Individual turf owners may offer more generous cancellation terms. The exact policy for each turf is displayed on the booking page before payment.

Wallets 1–3 business days

Refunds are processed by Razorpay and are subject to your bank's processing times. TurfChale has no control over delays caused by banks or payment networks.
